• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges acceptance of our No Returns policy. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations on any items after purchased or shipped. Please carefully select your items.
• Pink Ice Novelty takes great pride in the quality of our products. While we take measures to ensure you receive your order in the best condition, we are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipment.
• Any product returned to us due to insufficient delivery information/address will require customer confirmation of correct shipping information and an additional shipping fee will be added to order. If the wrong product is shipped, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please send proof of your order, photo of product received and your contact information. Email information to pinkicenovelty@gmail.com. We try to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
• Full payment is required to process orders. Processing time starts, upon receipt of payment. Processing times vary depending on contents of order, if a rush shipment is needed, an additional fee will be added to the order.
• No two pairs of Blinged Crocs are alike. Each stone is hand-glued and specially placed to create one-of-a-kind pair of shoes. Every customer handles their shoes differently and depending on wear and handling, gems can fall off over time when bumped, rubbed or kicked into other objects. For customers with intent to heavily wear/use products, we recommend choosing products with fewer embellishments.
• Our shoes are not all-weather wear. Do not wear embellished products in standing water, wet grass or wet weather conditions.
• Pink Ice Novelty does not accept returns or grant refunds for damage to embellishment.

 Processing Time & Customizations

• Shoes are handmade, processing time is 2- 4 weeks depending on customizations.
• Crocs are not available in half sizes.
• We provide 2 options for shoe type: Inspired Shoes or Crocs. Both types of shoes can be customized. Our Inspired Shoe is an option for customers looking for a more affordable. Customizations of both shoe types are of the same superior quality.
• Custom crocs are NOT shipped within 2-4 business. All details are hand placed and additional time is required especially for certain adhesives to fully dry.
